As a general rule, LTAM will not share or disclose any of the User Information except when LTAM has the User's permission or under special circumstances, such as when LTAM believes in good faith that the law requires it or under certain circumstances as described in the Terms of Service Agreements (TOS).
Another situation where the User Information may be shared is when the User makes a purchase from a web page hosted by LTAM, the information obtained during the User's visit to the web pages, and the information the User gives such as the User's credit card number and contact information, is provided to the merchants/sellers. Such merchants/sellers have separate privacy and information collection practices. LTAM has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies.
Under confidentiality agreements, LTAM may need to match User Information with third party information. For such purposes, LTAM may disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe LTAM Services to current and prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.
LTAM may also disclose account information in special cases when there is reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against Users who may be violating LTAM's TOS or may be causing injury to or interference with LTAM's rights or property. In such cases LTAM may disclose or access User Information when it is believed in good faith that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes that LTAM deems necessary to maintain, service, and improve LTAM Services.
