2 - Acceptance of terms

LTAM provides the Service to the User, subject to these TOS, which may be updated from time to time without notice to the User. When using the Service, the User shall be subject to any additional guidelines or rules applicable to the Service which may be posted from time to time.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, LTAM may at its sole discretion offer new features that augment or enhance the current Service, such as Home Banking, Home Education etc, and in such event additional terms of service may be applicable in addition to the existing TOS.
