13 - Terminations

HomeComm, in its sole discretion, may terminate the User's Account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content posted by the User within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation if HomeComm believes that the User has violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS. HomeComm may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

HomeComm may also terminate or suspend the User's Account for inactivity, which is defined as failing to sign-in to the Service for an extended period of time, as determined by HomeComm. The amount of time that HomeComm currently considers as an "extended" period of time is fifteen (15) days.

Upon termination of the User's Account, the User's right to use the Service immediately ceases. HomeComm shall have no obligation to maintain any content in the User's Account or to forward any unread or unsent messages to the User or any third party. Further, the User agrees that HomeComm shall not be liable to the User or any third party for any termination of the User's access to the Service.
(d) Upon termination, all monies, if any, due to HomeComm shall be payable immediately and all monies previously retained by HomeComm shall not be refundable to the Users.
