23 - Specific Restrictions on Use of Associated Press Material

Associated Press includes but is not limited to text, photo, graphic, audio and/or video material provided by newspapers, magazines, books and journals ("AP material").

The User shall not publish, broadcast, rewrite for broadcast or publication or redistribute directly or indirectly in or by way of the Service any such AP material, without the prior permission of the copyright holders thereof.
